Acceptable file formats for art attached to emails are: JPEG(300 resolution), BITMAP, EPS, TIFF, PSD, PDF, PICT.

The programs that we run on our Mac are Photoshop 7, Illustrator 9 and we can work with a Quark 4 file if we have to.

We can receive art on CD, Zip or Floppy. Any type in the design should be converted to outlines, or you need to provide us with the font in a Mac format. We can read some PC files. It will be easier for you to talk to our art department directly at x 209, to discuss the art before you send it.

Camera ready art is acceptable as well. It should be clean black and white art with no jagged edges. The black areas need to be very opaque and contain no halftones. The provided art needs to fit within our scanner's scanable area: 8.5" x 13.5".
